The last few weeks have been frantic - between filming and organising the 4th Annual Scottish Baking Awards , helping launch the BBC Good Food ,Bakes and Cakes show in London and appearing on Scottish Television Live to name but a few !!

The italian Tour was a whirlwind in Amalfi coast with the wonderful Fierenze from Conca dei Marini  - Le Bonta Del Capo learning how to make the famous Limoncello and Marco Piente in Florence with the great Tirimasu . The next few months are just as hectic with appearances on the Riverside show showcasing my original Cranachan Cake . This is a no cook ,no bake ,no hob, no electrics needed easy peasy cake that just looks and tastes delicious and is ready in just 20 minutes. My 2nd baking book will be available in just under two months and will be available through Amazon electronically and most worldwide Book sellers . This will also be available in hard copy. Ok will keep you posted with up to date news throughout the year .
